  yes copy your 3ds max installation from your hard drive to your USB if this doesn't work then i am not sure what you can do. Feel free to contact Deadline Support if unresolvable. Let's say 3dsMax is installed to C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max \en-US\. The error might appear as follows: "Your C: drive is short on disk space for the Instead of installing using the "Install Now" option.
